This document describes the policies regarding the protection and handling of personal information in apps published by "hiwazero" on the GooglePlay and App store. This Privacy Policy can be
changed at any time for any reason. This agreement applies to personal information collected during the term of the agreement.
We will not, in principle, publish personal information such as "Name", "Phone number" or "Email address" through the functions of the application published on the GooglePlay and App store.
Hiwazero does not assume any responsibility for any damage that may occur.
We define personal information as information about people who have been contacted through our app, combining two or more elements that identify individuals. For example, a combination of "name" and "email address" and "name" and "phone number" correspond to personal information.
We collect personal information only if:
-When the target person declares when providing support for the application.
-When the user voluntarily inputs information.
-Other cases where the user's clear consent has been obtained.
The personal information we collect will only be used to support the app.
We manage the personal information we collect so that it cannot be leaked, lost, misused, or altered.
The personal information we collect will not be provided to third parties (meaning the third parties stipulated in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information) without their explicit
consent. However, this shall not apply in the following cases.

-When it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
-When there is a need to cooperate with the national institution or local public entity or the person entrusted by it to perform the affairs specified by laws and regulations, and with the

The personal information we collect will respond promptly to requests for correction and deletion. However, if the disclosure falls under any of the following, the whole or a part of the disclosure may not be disclosed. A fee of 100,000 yen will be charged for each disclosure of personal information.
